My str/fire/blade build, help

Post by jas09171989 »

ok, iv decided to go fire/blade/str build. but i have some questions.. ok here we go.. this is my build.

LIGHTNING
~~~~~~~~~
Grasswalk series
Concentration Series
Heavens Force Series
FIRE
~~~~~~~~~
River force series
flame body series
Basic fire prot
flame devil force

BLADE
~~~~~~~~~
Illusion series
Soul cut blade
Blood Blade
Flower bloom
Snake sword
Shield prot
PACHEON
~~~~~~~~~
White hawk

ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL PASSIVES

Im not sure if its a good build, im sort of new but, i have some questions..

1) In the skill trees where I want to get only the passive skill, how high should I lvl the mastery? As far as I can go until the passive is maxed? or only to like 20?

2) is white hawk worth getting?

3) If Im still sp farming at lvl 16, how much sp should I get until I stop to start this build?

4) Should I get every passive or are some not worth getting?

5) Is this a decent build?

6) If i have more questions i can remember, ill add them later.. thanks to all who help me out!

NEW QUESTION:
7) For illusion chains should i get them ALL or just blood or billow then the next 1?

1.) I am not quite sure , I would say 30-40ish , if only for passive 20 would be your best bet.
2.) I have n o experience with it as a blader , I am a glavier and it kicks ass , for sure.
3.) if you don't wanna sp farm ever again about 40k
4.) They're all worth it , except ice that one is terrible and I am not a big fan of the force mp boost
5.) I find this a very good build , if you want some other ideas , tips , tricks etc read the blade guide which is stickied , however don't add the force mastery for extra mp , that's pretty useless and will only cost you much money later..
6.) Take you're time

many of your questions are already answered in the above thread, try a little detective work next time.

1. Getting a skill tree just for a passive is a waste IMO. Most passives don't pay off big until you max them at 60. Heuksal goes from like 500 to 1k extra hp. Ice, Light and Pacheon all have a significant increase from 50 to 60.

2. I don't have white hawk. See #1 for my explanation.

3. Well, you can keep a mastery gap and level that way. It's slow but not too slow. Or you can farm your brains out at 16. Up to you.

4. Mastery is capped at 300. It's not even possible to get every passive maxed. At most you can max 5, but then you're stuck at level 70 with 5 level 60 masteries. 4 is as high as I'd recommend.

5. Looks decent. Just try things out for yourself and see how you like it.

7. Your choice. I use both ascension and heaven chain in PVE even though I don't use them in PVP. They give good damage for low mp. Most monsters my level only need two chains to die (maybe one other hit, but normally not).
I'm in your posts, stealing your quotes.
