Rogue question

Can i get ALL of the rogue skills meaning cross bow and daggers
and sub as a cleric only getting one skill from it but it is a high level
skill so i would have to get mastery to a high level in cleric but can i do this and get all the skills in rogue or do i have to only to use one weapon in rogue to do this . But the thing is i got every dagger skill and crossbow skill so far in rogue with my mastery lvl 20 so idk if i can just do one weapon tell me if it is to late or if i can do both and cleric...
