sp farming lvl22 question

Post by subliminer »

I'm pure str blader lvl22...

I haven't heard of farming since today . So i've read a guide about farming on this link:
http://www.igsky.com/blog/silkroad-sp-f ... -detailed/

I've read that i need to be lvl16 to farm with 9lvl gap...

Now my question is: Can is start farming with my lvl22 with 9lvl gap or it's too late?? I don't even know if farming is possible on lvl like 22 or higher... :?

I think u better restart and farm at 16..it doesnt take much time to get to 16...atleast thats what i was told when i 4got to farm at 16 i did just like you and had some issues with the skills...it will be pretty hard to level later on if your skills are not good enough.

Or just delevel....i personally chose restart.

Or you could just go on and see how you do if you are willing to take the risk, i wouldnt want to level up to like 40 and then restart if i were you...the sooner the better i say.

It's never too late to farm - you can keep a 9 gap and start pwning mobs wherever you are, as long as you have a decent spawnrate and can kill them pretty quick. It won't get any easier to farm in places other than the stronghold but it can be done. Whatever you decide, it's best to go bow for early levels since you won't have to run quite as much for mobs.

I farmed in the chakjis (dw side) for a while, when the spawn rate was nice. From there, went to horses (ne of dw) and also did hyungo soldiers for a while.

If you are planning on farming a bunch of sp (100k +), perhaps it would be best to get cursed heart quest, and delevel skills to 7 & delevel char back to 16 to farm. It won't get any easier to farm than at this point!

I've decided to go for restart since i've already done much for this char and it would take time to get all those cursed hearts plus a lot of gold would be spent for deleveling...

By the time i do that i can get a new char to lvl16 and still have my lvl22 char :)

I'm proly gonna get myself a bow for farming since it is best wep for farming indeed but can any bow do it or Sos bow is a must(cus in that guide i read it says i should get a sos one...).

tough sos is really expensive...i don't think i could afford it with lvl16 char for a long time...

2 things you could do.

1- sell all that you wont need from your 22 caracter to invest in a SOS bow.

2- Keep your lvl 22 and make a trader out of it. If you plan on farming a lot of SP at the bandit's den you' ll need something to change your mind from time to time.

If this is your first character I don't really recommend farming. Just plan on only taking 2 main trees, weapon and imbue, and maybe a sub tree. Keep a gap of around 3-4 and you will be fine.

If you are dead set on farming great, but you MUST have a sos or better bow. If you don't you will probably go insane. Everyone with sos, and som bows will ks the crap out of you.

Wondering how to get all that money for a bow? Read my sig, sell elements etc.

Hey are there any good farming spots in euro????
