Is Charged Wind bugged?

The third electric spell for Wizards... It says that it hits 6 times, but it only hits 3 times. Do you think the spell is bugged, making it much weaker than it should be?

It says "maximum hits 6 times" doesn't it? If not, that's just ksro.

I think it hits a random number of times.

Also, is that attack worth getting? In ksro I got it and used it all the time because it was my favorite attack, but it's totally weak. It buys you some time though when fighting giants.

Raini, I used it a ton on my Mage.

Basicly, I could kill mobs 4 levels higher than me solo.

I used snow wind, Charged wind, then firebolt and by then the mob is usually dead.

Uhh... Ok. I can usually kill things like 8 levels higher than me in 2 hits, firebolt and the third earth skill.
But if I get hit once I die.

Errr... I guess it's most useful for knockback, but it's really weak.

I've used it ten times more and it has never hit more than three times. Can someone please tell me if they've actually hit six times with this spell? If it has happened, I guess it's a very rare occurrence. xD
