Skills for rouge

Can anyone tell me any skills that are good for rouge so i don't waste any sp on them i think already kinda used sp on some that are not that good like fast shot is that really any good at all ? please for useless skills not to get tell me ...




And also wanted to know if it is possible to max out like all your skills if you don't have sub .
