after playing a fully developed bow guy for so long, and based on the latest updates of bow skills, I would say, if i redo the whole thing, i would like to:
1) SPEEDY START: Start with full int fire bow from lvl1 to 35~42. advantage: one shot per kill mob, so that farm sp/gold and level fast. disadv: bad pvp. but who cares pvp among low lvl guys? Just pass the noob stage as quick as possible. also add some lightn skill to boost your atk power.
2) MAIN FRAME BUILD: after stage 1), add all to str till lvl 80 or 90! at higher lvl >70, str/HP rules pvp. And your previous int will help you keep doing 2 action per kill of same lvl mobs, which is still much faster than full str build. Focus most or all of your sp on atking skills of bow/fire.
3) REFINED END: when you close to the top lvl, after you v reached most of your fire/bow atk skills, refine your def skills including full fire magic def, and some ice physic def. Snow shield to 40% is a must! lightn 15% mag atk incease is ok if you dont have enough sp or skill master.

overall str:int could be 2~3:1
overall skills bow:fire:ice:lightn = 80:80:70:70 or 90:90:60:60

the strategy considers not only how strong in pvp or pve, but also how fast/efficent the building process could be.

What is high level in youre eyes?

Main question is where you a fully farmed level 80 pure str bower with a decent (+3) garm set?

Cause I would like to know if you are even beatable if you get the knockback and the stun if youre level 80 and have good gear.

A level 80 nuker nukes me for 7k-10k each nuke now, but my set needs working and I am pretty badly farmed. If I use my combo at the right time no nuker can kill me and I stand a chanche.

what you wear/lvl is always more important than whats your int str balance.
any build with 72 ssun bow+9 def will be a good lord killer and pvp king.
So, my idea is to build a charactor faster at lvling and farming at the beginning, and closer to perfect at the end. Not just use a fixed int/str ratio to say who is the best, but take advantage of the difference during development.

Besides I dont really see much advantages in youre build, why not level as spear nuker after level 30? They level up the fastest when they get there nukes. Spear hybrids dont do bad in pve either.

Do you know if you will have enough int for 40% mana shield?

Right now I am a lvl 57 very hybrid int bow and with 35% mana shield I have to run my pots at 60%.
