2:1 Wizards

Is it good? What would be the damage difference to a full int? Would alchemy make up for most of it? Has anyone tried it and would like to share experience? Does anyone have a 70/70 spear or 2/1 spear who can give us stats on his nukes and compare to full in spear so we can have an idea of damage diff?
