1h s/s with sub-cleric (regarding Bless)

I'm building a warrior 1h s/s with sub cleric. Two things I wanna ask.

1. For the lvl 24 cleric skill, bless (+phy def, mg def), is it when I switch back to my 1h sword, the buff gone? or still stay?

2. What other cleric skills I can get in terms of buff?

i think hte skills will be gone.....the first of the three deff skills (str+1) doesnt work too...
