Can lvl80Eurochar see an invis lvl 80 rogue?

does invisibility work that you can only be seen if the person is higher lvl than you, or if you are the same lvl they can see you... coz if a lvl 80 can see a lvl 80 invisible without any potions or spells, that would really limit rogues

They have a skill that let them see cahr at their and same level, but they need to use the skill ^^

but without using the skill they cant see you, because a lvl 80 character can see a lvl 70 invisible rogue without any skills.. i think...

if a lvl 80 didn't have any detect buffs on he wouldn't even be able to see a lvl 30 rogue
