Skill reallocation potion quick question

Hello.. I'm new to the board, and have been playing SRO for about 2 months.

I really enjoy playing and currently am a level 22 str+fire+bow.

I was interested in switching over to glaive as I have heard they are better later on than bows and im kind of getting bored of using bow.

If I wanted to reallocate skill points via either the potions/cursed hearts or the item mall potion (i have 18 points in bow atm) and if i used 18 of either potions to remove my bow skill, would it in turn remove all the bow skills i have underneat aswell or just the mastery?

I have antidevil at 7 and combo at 6 so I would rather not have to use a potion for every single one underneath if its possible.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

for each potion used you delevel ONE level of skill
like devil bow level 7, you use 1 potion you get to lvl6 devil bow and 80% of SP back (with cursed heart quest, 100% with silk bought potions)

it can delevel the mastery also but u have to delevel all skills in that mastery first
