New Char : Need help with some builds

Well I feel like making a New char ( I will be still using my old one ) And There are a few builds I need some info on.

First is hybrid spear is the a good build and is it 2:1 etc

Second is a bow build (whatever one is best) Im not really sure xD

I am willing to farm a lot at 16 but I need to get some confirmation on builds.

Thanks and if there are any interesting builds then please list them and no I dont feel like being a pure int nuker that was my current acc.

Thanks for the link. So a hybrid spear is a good build I just want more then two opinions and what should I go. 2:1 3:1 What is best for hybrid spear. I love PvP but also want to do ok in PvE.

Just that Hybrids seem tricky I dont want to get to lv 40 then find that I suck xd
