At the moment I am a level 37 pure int character and I have invested my SP to get my fire/lightning/spear masteries up to level 37. I was planning on getting my masteries to level 43 and start sp farming at level 52.
Now that everyone is dropping their fire mastery for cold it kind of makes me want to do the same. So I'm asking: is it worth it to delevel fire from level 43 or should I just start over and get cold?

Changing My Build: Worth it?

What i would do (and what i am going to do) with this cap 80:
80 heuskal (me bicheon
) 60 light, 80 fire, 80 ice.
So not needed delvl
You can play with these values anyways (like 70 ice and 70 light). Ice is only because mana shield. Even with ice 60 u can get a good % for mana shield. It's ur choice what to do

hehe thx
A lot of people only see maxed up masteries, but it's possible to "play" with them and get a better and balanced build.
Not everything is white or black, and not everything is 80 or 0

Thanks a bunch man! Good thinking. I thought that you needed max ice for the mana shield xD

60 ice will get you 40% hp/mp transfer from mana shield.
80 ice will get you maxed 50%, which like an extra 100k sp i think (NOT WORTH IT)
80,80,80,60ice will be good enough.
'
and carnage you're an idiot, go get ice imbue the same lvl as your fire imbue and swing that glaive around and tell me if you see a noticeable difference in damage.

That is very very useful information, thanks. By the way does anyone know if the Fire Shield "glitch" will be fixed in the near future? Because if it ever does I would definitely get rid of fire with no hesitation.
