Other skills on pure lightning build? just need some help

yeh yeh im new get over it.
basically im making all intellegence character with the main goal as far as skills is prety much maxing every skill in the lightning section.
but i was wonderin.. will I still have extra skills to use in other places? and where should I put them? Im using sword + sheild as my main weapon setup btw.
