68 Ice (for ice shield)
52 Light (for the speed walk)

is this a good idea?
right now im at 19 for bic, fire, ice, light.

not exactly.. pure str blader are going to have a bad ass hp pot so you won't be needing 68 ice and you got a shield so you don't really need it ^^
but getting grass/phantom walk is a must for all builds so you should try and rethink your idea that includes 69 light for grass/phantom walk
-there might be higher levels for grass/phantom walk so you might have to plan light being a few levels higher

a pure str CAN'T USE mana shielf effectivly (if you mean that whit ice shield) you will run out of mp after...1-2 hits?

As a pure str blader, Cold shouldnt be more of a priority than Light. With the new skills to 80 coming, i would probably go 80 blade, 80 fire, 80 light to get the most out of your main tree's. The 4th tree in any build is going to be gimped.

edit: so 90 Bicheon,90 Fire, 68 Ice, 52 Light is bad?
what about 90bi/90fire/60ice/60light?
