i'd say drop cold as you already have plenty of defense and get bicheon so u can dual wep in PvP, but its up to you lols.
Bear in mind bladers hardly ever die and so bicheon would be a nice addition to yr build.
But cold has freeze/frostbite... e.t.c.
Yr build is fine mate, make sure you SP farm
52 is the best level to SP farm at btw.

I'd say your on the right track. You may want to stop leveling ice at 30 depending on whether or not you are using ice imbue. That way once the 90 cap comes you wont have delvl ice.
So far so good. Keep experimenting that way you will find what YOU like and not end up with something WE like and not yourself.
Farm when you need to. If you need SP, start opening your gap, there are many ways of SP farming, check out one of the guides in the guide section.
STR+INT are important as they add damage and increase your defense. However at your level don't be too worried about not having too much.

And about the Str and Int, ya i'm low lv but my ask is to the future both are importent, but as a pure str i think i must take more care on Int, correct me if something is wrong, tyvm
Obviously as a pure STR (if you are refering to where to place your points) put all your points in STR. Which is more important on your gear? They will give you different things. STR will give you more HP+phys attk+phys def, INT will give you more MP(not all that useful)+mag attk+mag def. So really its upto what you want.
As for the Bicheon comment. Personally I don't think dual Glavie/Blade is a good build. Glavie can tank well enough and do enough damage. You will just be taking up mastery points that you could be placing elsewhere (IE light) and you will have to do A LOT more grinding (SP wise). However in the end its upto you

i got a last question, the lv 69 is when the last skill of a skill tree is added, so Why i must give over 69 in a skill tree if the last skill appears on 69?
Thx again

Depending on your build. INT users will generally max their Mag trees (fire and light) as each level your mastery is increased you dmg will increase by 1%. STR users will generally max their Weapon Trees (Heuk/Bich/Pach) as each added level of mastery your phys dmg is increased by 1%.
If none of that made sense. Basically as an example. Your level 80, if you had your heuk tree at level 80 rather than level 69, you would do more 11% more damage.
Hope that makes sense >_>
