You're build's not messed up - what's your goal for a build? It's got the makings of a hybrid s/s int nuker. Since you've already placed more int points than str points, a str blader/hybrid str blader build wouldn't be recommended. It's your choice though!
1 - decide on a build. Research on a build - look at different builds for 80 and 90 caps.
2 - select a primary force tree & imbue - some like fire, some like ice. Either way you'll have to have light if go int b/c of the bonuses to speed and magic damage. And there is no rule that says you can't do them all! You can always delevel what you don't need later, so I say try them all and see which ones you like.
3 - level up your primary force tree to match your bicheon level - you'll want to make sure you have enough sp remaining to get at least one nuke (if not two) at L30, no matter which ones you decide to take (light would be easiest since you'll need this anyway for movement. Fire has good damage & fast recharge time, so those are my two suggestions)
4 - be ready to farm some sp, lots of it. Int builds rely on having a lot of SP on hand. Just something to mention, because if you're going int, you'll be farming at some point in the game. Totally up to you when you want to do this, and how much you want to farm. Take a look at the sp calculator links that are provided somewhere on this section & you'll know how much sp you'll need for each build.
- defense choice at your lvl is really whichever provides best defense at that moment. You'll get the defense bonus from getting whatever is providing you with the best protection, and at lower lvls you don't see much of the mp consumption bonus anyway... that movement bonus may help if you drop to all protector, but I say lvl your grasswalk and just buy extra MP pots. Again, your choice! Armor as int is always good choice though, so protector pieces wouldn't hurt too badly early on, but would make your overall phys defense lower at higher lvls.
Hope this helps - check out some of the guides to the different character builds, they have answered a lot of questions for me! Most importantly, this is your character - you can do whatever you like with it! Good luck, and have fun!
