Cant raise mag balance

Ok, so I am trying to build a 2:1 spear, but I decided to do this on a char I had already started as strength, I figured I would compensate for the lost mp later, but as I level up I put all my points into INT but I cant get my magical balance to raise currently its stuck at 68% physical 89% magical, and I cant get the mag balance up to the ideal 96+ for a nuker

another thing with the character builder it said the way my points were distributed is impossible, so I had to use more points than it gave me
has that happened to anyone else?

I hate not being able to view that site at work.

The only thing i can think of right off the bat is...did you factor in the STR \ INT points that are on your gear when you came up with the impossible stat distribution?

It will take a few levels before the Mag.balance is going up. But eventually it will go up.

But naked you you will still have 93% mag balance at lvl 80
