Full INT S/S Nuker - HELP!!!

I'm currently level 24, pure int, with a gap of 3. I only have 1500SP right now, and I'm regretting not farming when I was 16.

These are the current skills I have:

BICHEON - 20
Smash - first book lvl 1
Chain - first book lvl 1
Blade force - first book lvl 1
Hidden blade - first book lvl 1
Shield protection - lvl 2

PACHEON - 7 (I was originally going to farm at bandit after reading a guide, but I couldn't afford a good bow because this is my first character)
Anti-devil-bow - first book lvl 1
2 arrow combo - lvl 1

LIGHTNING - 21
Must-piercing force - lvl 3
Grass-walk flow - lvl 4
Shock lion shout - lvl 1
Heaven's force - lvl 2

FIRE - 21
River fire force - lvl 9
Fire shield-Phoenix - lvl 5
Basic fire protection - lvl 3

I want a light/fire nuker, but I think I'm short like 200k SP right now... how screwed am I? Will there be any opportunities in the future where I can farm the SP I need?

I'm on Xian, I wear garment, none of my equips have Seals, and I have about 1.7 mil - what to do?!

I also want to know what skills I should get...

just keep farming without levelling yr skills lol. Until u have enuff

In my opinion, you should do the following.

Work out how much SP u need to get to lvl 43 with a 2 gap. Then calculate how much u get from every level with a 2 or 3 gap.

And do that

Use http://sro.mmosite.com/x/ To calculate how much u need and there is a table somewhere, in the chars an skills stickies that tells u. I get u a link soon.

Just de-lvl imo, you can use the extra str/int so that you can buy a cheaper bow, it won't take that long as long as you have a friend to ress you. De-lvling won't cost that much either, just sell some wind2's or something.
