Fire/Lightening nuke are the two you need, keep the two basic attacks foor your weapon maxed as if your nuke dont kill them you need to finish them does that help?

First, you should stop using caps lock. Second, you should use the search button. There have been at least a half a dozen posts on how to properly build a nuker. There is even a sticky about it.

But, basically you should be fire/light use fire as your nuke and imbue while using the lightning buffs. As for your weapon you should use a spear because it does the most ammount of damage unless you decide that you want to get the extra block ratio in there with the shield.
