Hybrid 2:1 Str bow?

Would this work? After SG's thread, I am dying to try out a hybrid build, but I heard 2:1 str are harder builds why? I don't want to commit too far if it's gonna turn out badly. Btw if it makes a difference, I'm using a bow.

1 reason this is a bad idea in my opinion is

a) Strength bows rely on CRITICAL solely at 52+(strength anyway)

Your critical damage will be much lower therefore making anti-devil less effective.

b) Less strength = less phys damage. From my experience as a 6x bow. Bows are mainly to kill nukers / lower levels. If you put points in int your mag damage will go up and ints will have higher defense against you.

The only + side I would see is 4 arrow combo will do more damage ( average ).

But if you really want to make a hybrid bow I would lean more towards 2+:1 INT hybrid bow.

4 Arrow combos damage will be extremely high and anti devil will be decent have have low crit but overall more effective from what I've seen. But that's my opinion.

i personally tried int heavy hybrid bow. i tried to get nukes as well, and the damage was moderate. nothing much to complain about the damage, usually u will be able to finish them off b4 they reach u (ice imbue). but when it comes to survivability, it's another story. when u get mobbed, just prepare to click 'ressurect at specific point'. since bow is a unique weapon, i suggest that u shud try str heavy build. should be a better build for bow, compared to int heavy. or just change ur weapon.
