HOW TO CREATE THE PERFECT ARCHER? I JUST STARTED THIS GAME=(

I DONT know what im doing!!!!ok im lvl 5 and i havnt put my character points into any... in the skills iv put 5 points into bow mastery thingy and also got the lvl 5 skill and now i dont know put to put my stats into.. btw some ppl are saying i should put points into cold or fire??? help plz i want to be a perfect balence of pvm and pvp alsothx
