Garment bonuses ?

today , i was going to chin'tomb with my noob char, who is wearing garment. i was lvl 9, so i had 2 parts of my set of the 2nd degree. Then i saw another guys wearing garment, but in all first degree set.. he rans faster than me ... so if we want to have the garment and protector bonuses, we must have all set of same degrees, am I right ?

ermm. nope... it dosent matter which degree u wearin' ...

maybe u were in lag ( lil bit lag )

no, he hadnt any skills on him, just garment set..

If he had no skills it was probably lag or just a glitch. My friend who has level 1-2 grasswalk and all garment ran faster than me when I had all garment and grasswalk 5. Also, we both had the full degree. So I guess it must be some sort of glitch?
