which hybrid is better

I am finally lv 31 and im starting to go hybrid but i want to be careful with the amount of str points i put into my character because it will change my magical balance. Alot of people told me an 85% mag hybrid balance for a spear is alot better than a 90% but alot of other people told me that 90% does better than 85%. Should i be a 90% hybrid or 85% hybrid int depending on which one does better in pvp and pve overall?

85% hybrid is nice in the fact that it can go solo w/o s/s but the 90% can however it might be trouble

85 depends more on luck for crits to finish and 90 is more reliant on nukes nothing much dif after that a few k hp and thats it
