What the crap is a STR/Nuker?

What exactly is a str nuker? I can't find any info on it. Any help would be appreciated.

It's something that Death2All talks about all the time.

It's just a pure str who pretends that he's a nuker to confuse people.

Pure str nuker = Pure str

could also maybe mean a bow build that has godly gear & their bow skills are up to par or close to pure int nukers dmg

i used to wonder wht a str nuker was too XD
D2All is just a pure str with a sosun bow/blade and shield(he has both)with 5 int AND str in all his gear
