Lvl 90 Skills. For a Int player

Post by tomakasin »

I've seen the new skills for the lvl 90 cap..

I was just wondering would a pure int dual weapon build be so good with 3 masteries at lvl 90 when you could just use the lvl 69- weapon skills and the lvl 69+ nukes.

So say in a pvp where a pure int lvl 90 had

Fire 90
Lightning 80
Bicheon 65
Heuksal 65

1. Do nukes
2. Use KD and stab
3. When opposition has low health
4. Switch to Heuskal and use Ghost spear mars and whoop dead..

After all a pure ints main weapon will still be a nuke and the new nukes will do perfect..
i'm just thinking there is another way round just 30 masteries at lvl 90 for a pure int s/s and spear nuker.

Post your comments pls ;)

i would go with 90 Fire 90 Light 90 Bicheon

NO HEUKSAL even though some guides say it is useful for the passive skill i would not use it myself

my pure int plans:

90 heuksal
90 cold
90 lightning
30 force

heuksal for the stun, knockback, good looking skills, and passive
cold for the godly mana shield and phy def, as well as frost nova&cool nukes
Lightning for the imbue since equipment/skill immunities will be gone. The electric shock effect is highly effective for pure int. Then the other lightning buffs and nukes of course...
Force to res friends or guild members that are low level :)

My reason for using heuksal rather than bicheon is because I feel the passive increase in HP is absolutely required to not only survive 1 crit in pvp, but to train effectively as well. Heuksal also does more damage, and mana shield will be more than enough defense along with the cold shield buff+passive. My reason for not using fire is because I feel that its necessary to have 90 cold and 90 heuksal. Its then a choice between 90 lightning and 90 fire, of course lightning wins.

knockdown is based upon lvl of the skill & other players lvl, ur gonna be using a lvl 65 kd against lvl 90 players, not gonna be likely that they get kd very often, & the new ghost spear will rock u harder than ur old 1 rocking them

That seems like a good plan. But Aren't Fire nukes more powerful than lightning nukes. Especially the cast time.

I am only level 16 at the moment so i am wondering to take your build up but it will kinda suck till the 90 cap is released.
And i hope lightning is your imbue yes?

Edit : Will that new ice move be so good that it will be better off to stick to spear and get Passive + ice mana shield
Than with Sword and shield?

I would probably go:
90 bicheon
90 ice
90 light
30 pacheon (AR Bonus)

But that's just me. I like bicheon more than heuskal because with mana shield, you're not gonna die in one hit, plus the s/s has blocks to save you, and with a high lvl passive there should be a very high chance of block when combined with mountain shield. Also, a crit wouldn't kill if I had ironwall on.

You're forgetting the piercing force buff and 4 lion shouts, along with concentration, grasswalk, phantomwalk, etc. Lightning is indeed the imbue to use. Don't take my word for this, but I think the new lightning nuke has higher base damage than the new fire nukes at the same level.
Yes the build will suck until the 90 cap is released. If you think you have a chance of getting fully farmed at 80 before the 90 cap comes out, I would consider one of the standard builds now and do the cursed heart quest when the new cap+skills come out.
Heh yeah, its personal preference right now because we don't know (accurately enough) the damage/defense tradeoff of switching between sword and spear at lv90.

Do you think the

Heuk / Lightning / Ice build will level fast?

From lvl 1-80

Edit : Heuk Over Bicheon?
