Heuksal Skills for PvP?

Which skills are best used in PvP for heuksal masteries?
I only plan on using either Ghost Petal or Chain Spear in PvP, which will perform better in PvP?
And is Flying Dragon any useful or good in PvP?
Or if this question is better to ask, which set of skills (ie chainspear to ghost petal to flying dragon, dead) will work best in PvP. And order used would be prefered

Priorities for PVP in order.

Soul Spear(any)
Chain Spear Nachal
Use Ghost Spear only to finish off.
