Hi, I would need to know what skills should I raise... I mean, in bicheon skills should I level Billow Chain and Blood Chain? I'm lvl 29.

I know I must lvl the lightning nuke, but, what do I do with bicheon? Do I let it stopped? >.<, thanks for the help...
