Random question....

Alright well I'm messing around with a bow char and I was wondering what you guys think of him.....

He's lvl 10 fire/light/bow he's hybrid str and by that I mean that on 1 lvl I put all his stat points into str thr next lvl I put 2 stat points into str and 1 into int

At the moment I'm trying to make up my mind on what type of armour to ware Armour, protector or garment?

So pretty much is my guys builds good and what armour type should I use?

Restart and be pure str.
Be either ice or fire.
If ice, be garment/protector
If fire be armor/protector
You could be both and be just protector (Or armor or garment

)

But restart and be pure str.

What is that? 5:1?

I haven't tried it out, myself, but I've heard that 5:1 is so close to pure, there's no real difference. But let us know how it turns out.

As far as gear, wear armor until you get to Earth Taoists (lvl30 or so). Most of the monsters until then depend on phy attacks. And the spawn rate of Taoists/Magicians is so fast they will RAPE you in armor when you're gettin' hit by 3 Taoists, 2 Magicians, and a Gun Powder.

[edit]And don't listen to ppl who say "Restart and go pure." Do what you want and have fun.

i dont understand why if all bow users use magical attacks in both PVE/PVP then why is pure STR build so popular, simply becoz they tank/HP alot..

why isn't a 2:1 str/int hybrid the best build? becoz bow is a hybrid wpn..

can u plz list some Pros of why bow user should ever be pure STR PLZ?

For armor type go garment. You will have hp to tank, can run faster, and you won't get owned so hard by magic.

Yah I don't think I'm gonna restart simply because I've pvped a pure str bow with my pure str glavie and I beat him 8 times in a row so it's plain to see that bow's need to have a little more dmg then pure str's have and yet they still need to have hit points this leading to the 5:1 hybrid str build
