Best sword?
Best bow?
Best glaive?

What skills should I focus on and what enchant?

I know Force is a given because it's healing/res and lightning has grass-walk flow and etc.

But, I'm not sure where I should go.

Any opinions?

imo:

sword: fire/light and heuksal (for HP)
bow: fire/light and i guess heuksal too
glavie: fire, light and there u have a real choice, pacheon or cold? i go pacheon.
