I don't understand what you're trying to say here..

I think you're asking if a archer is better than a nuker? And if a spear nuker is better than a s/s nuker?

Spear Nuker:
PvP: Generally sux
PvE: Rox!
S/S Nuker:
PvP: pretty O.K.
PvE: Rox too, not as high dmg as spear, but can take more mobs at a time.
Archer:
PvP: Decent
PvE: Decent too

Ummm... if you're asking if spear or bow is better for a nuker, the answer is spear. Also use fire and lightning. Ice/force is up to you, but you might like the defense from ice.
