Str pacheon or int bicheon?

I don't know which one should i take and i don't want to take one and then restart the game because i don't like it, so what do you think is the best, 2 int 1 str bicheon or 2 str 1 int pacheon, and why?

Also, wich one is the best for PVP and PVM ?

2:1 bow pvm, very nice, besides, u can always delvl and switch when ur 70 or 80 just for pvp
2:1 bicheon... sort of pvp, can be nice w/ good sword for nuckes, and KD is always annoying =)
2:1 spear overused but nice in 1 on 1 pvp

the bicheon might be better
because you will have good survivability with that build.
you will have good survivabilty with str pacheon too, but the int bicheon would have greater damage - PVM or PVP
