Nukes...1st Or 2nd Book Light?

Well, many people say that 1st book of lightning should be maxed because it has AOE. I'm really not sure...I've got 1 point into fire nuke and one into lightning and the next thing to know is..Should i max 1st book of light? What should i max when nuking? I know all 3 books of fire need to be maxed because its most powerful...but...

You need the 1st book maxed to even start the second book

well not for fire

but anyways, yeah, max both the first and second book of light and do 2nd and 3rd book of fire
