Heuksal Spear Series ???

Hey! Is it worth to get the Heuksal Spear Series books? Like Dancing demon spear, Jade breaking spear, Spirit crash spear? I mean. I've just started a glavier that is pure strenght. Or shall i go for Ghost Spear Attack Series? Whats the diffrence at these to series? Please explain to me. And would it be good to take the Heuksal Spear Series instead of the Fanning Spear Series?

that answer depends completely on your build.
did you put points in str? in int? in both?
and what weapon are you using with it?

Did you read his post?
Usually most players don't get them or level them very high because its less effective than ghost spear/soul spear. The most basic pure str glaive will get: fanning spear series, soul spear, ghost spear, flying dragon, and passive.

Well it's all about preference. I agree with Ell in that the 4 most important are the ones that he listed. I usually get lv1 of it for grinding purposes, because only 4 levels later you will get soul spear. I also get lv1 of the first book for the same reason. And when you are in a situation with a giant, you can also pull those two out when your soul spear is cooling down

But i dunno whats so good about Fanning Spear Series? I played Silkroad last summer and my friend too. He went for Fanning Spear.. and said it sucked donkey balls cuz you just stand there and do nothing, just spinning your glavie/spear like a fan in your hand :S Everybody say its so good, have it been updated?

im a pure str glavier to and i OWN heres my secret

i skipped the first 3 skills at first and waited till the

soul departs series appear the first 3 skills are useless

my advice for you is to start with the soul departs series

and so on and so forth,,continue with the other skills below it

(the truth is im not really a pure str player i put a little int when i was still in the low lvl to add up to my MP so i wont waist money for pots for about 10lvls i went for int then now all strength that will make you strong and saves you alot of money on pots)

Jade breaking spear is very helpful when fighting multiple mobs at once (which you will most likely do to grind). It swings twice and does low damage each swing, but add it up and its equivalent to almost any other attack.

At agro mobs, just run around and gather a bunch and use Jade breaking spear (hits up to 3 mobs in front) + the spinny one (lol forgot the name of it, but hits 5 mobs in radius) over and over. Theyre dead in no time.

At non agro mobs I use lightning nuke to attract 3, dragon spear to attract another 1 or 2, then use the above to kill them all. Fast xp.

The first skill series (wolf bite spear, etc)... completely useless after like level... 1 (lol)

yeah i see alot of glaviers have that jade breaking spear BUT....think, its the second book right dont go to waist all that SP to lvl 9 the first book its not woth it besides the jade breaking spear deals not much damage the chain series is better you hit 3 times hits harder and it has 5 or 6 books ... i think

you'll see, you'll save alot of SP wich you can use for other better skills.....
