Some help with a Pure Int. build.

I'm making this int. character, I'm probably going to use both sword/shield(pvp) and spear(pve(HP boost<3)).

I was planning to use Lightning as main, and ice for the defence, maybe get the ice nuke if i can be bothered farming enough.

Going to have 0 mastery until level 14, then start with a 9 Mastery/lvl gap, just so i can have the lightning imbue, to actually lvl some.

Anything I should consider, or anything you guys think I could do better?

perhaps take fire so you wont even need the extra defense cause of more dmg
