Some people say pure str can hit higher than pure Int after lve70,
Is that true?

Have any ideas?

no way. Full STR never hits stronger then full INT. That is the purpose of STR builds, to trade lower damages for higher HP. an INT build does exactly the opposite. It sacrifices HP for damage

well its all relativ. Pure str glavie critting pure int in garment do more dmg than an pure int spear critting a pure int in garment.

pure str bow does more dmg than pure int spear. =O
