Pure int s/s
Pure int s/s

so umm.....how would this build be? http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/SRO/Char_Bu ... file=15424
dude i have the same char too (pure int, s&s), and the skills i raised are the first 1 and the chain attack (it really helps). so go for the kd and stab but take the first ones too (it needs only 20 together, and it takes low mana). it helps when u fight tougher mons than u and u kill fatser so if u farm, it help
im only lvl 14 but i have 1 lvl 29 and im a noob....
so ask for more help before u do something

Do not use your chains. They suck. You will save a LOT of hp pots by firing a nuke instead, or a nuke+lion shout if necessary. If you're training on monsters that you need 2 nukes to kill, you're training on the wrong monsters.
If you plan on making a pure int s/s for pvp, try reading my guide:

I use a pure int s/s and i would advise against the chains...Chains are more for str cuz more hits means more chances to crit...and since crit does nothing for you, it's kinda a waste IMO. At lvl 42 I have kd, stab, and 1 level in soul cut blade. The soul cut blade only costs 36 mana and does more damage than my 2nd book shout (318 mana) , so it saves a ton of pots.

Agreed; soul cut is mp efficient + it does more damage than lionshout.
white mobs: soul cut + nuke (+ soul cut again if necessary; you still have time to do all that with the 2nd book fire imbue)
orange mobs: soul cut + nuke + (when up close) KD (+ Stab if necessary)
I got chains too, but don't know when's a good time to use it; you just become trigger happy with the nuke button.

Uhh is that a joke? no weapons O_o? Anyway I recommend getting heuskal instead of ice b/c HP bonus from spear > Def from Ice (i will probably be flamed XD)
And you should probably be grinding white or orange mobs depending on the weapon you have... remember that you dont need to be able to kill with just a nuke. A soul cut+nuke is like 1.5 nukes for the price of 1 nuke so if you can kill a white or orange with that, by all means do it

Yah thats kinda what i was thinking about Ice guard is nice + i can have all three nukes which means if i'm attacking a gaint i can fire them back to back to back
The reason I want to try this is cause I know 3+ people who are 50+ and they have no wepon skills now tell me why would 3 people waste time on it if it wasn't a good build?

lol .. with bandaids on your back and hole in the pocket?
nah ... i agree, sometimes red ones are just better ... from the perspective of exp/sp gain rate.
abt purely force and no weapon skills, these builds are good and very fun for pve. but they will suffer big time in pvp. it's your preference ...
Hunt white/orange. you die less, you kill faster, you get exp/sp faster, you use less pots, and you get more drops. Always start off with a nuke since it takes the longest to cast.
Some people go with a 0-3gap all the way to 64/72 and then start farming all their sp in the donwhang stone cave. That would explain most people with no weapon skills early on.

What drugs are u on man?
u want to grind on mobs than u can 1 hit nuke, if u have good enough gear 1 shotting white mobs is a great way to grind quickly. why waste time using soul cut up to 2 times + a nuke, when u can just fire of 1 nuke and move onto the next mob

Keywords, 'if you have good gear'; no way you could kill a white with 1 hit using a sword with non-SOS weapons; nukes damage fluctuates too much if you've noticed. Also, as a s/s your nukes are weaker than spear; it would makes sense for spear to try to kill with one nuke. Patience dude, 2 to 3 hits is nothing compared to those pure str bladers who hacks at it for days! I say as long as you could kill orange mob in under 1 imbue's time it's worth it and an efficient use of mp.

if you're pure int, all you want to do is nuke all the time. nukes does more dmg then chains, & w/ a big 1 hit dmg, you're less likely to get ks'd
know why bladers get ks'd so easily??? it's not that their dmg is weak, but that their dmg is spread out so much that a nuker/glavier can just take a blader's kill by doing a big 1 hit dmg
