electrocuted......what does it do?

yea im lightning and every time i hit my opponents they get electrocuted....all the do is turn yellow........big deal.........does any1 know what this does?

Reduces the parry ratio, if I recall correctly. This would mean your attacks do higher damage, as they parry a lesser portion of them.

It lowers your opponets parry so if your attack rating is higher than their parry you'll deal closer to your max damage.
