I was using a 13 crit sword a few levels ago to level on horses, which were green, and crit on just about every horse I killed. I tried fighting earth ghosts for awhile, which were white, and rarely had a crit, even with the 13 crit.
Is there a relationship between the level of the monster/player you are fighting and the chance to land a crit?
Or is it just a case of really good/bad luck and bad observation xD
I think it's the latter, but its been bugging me for awhile and I need second opinions ><.

just luck and messed-upnessism (:P) i had a crit 11 bow at lvl 18 (still selling 
) i got a better lvl 21 +4 bow but the point is that i got a crit every monster. be it white red blue (don't fight many of those) or anything inbetween.
