accuracy

there's tablets which reset/increase a weapons accuracy. what is that?

edit: obviously my question is a little bit misleading. i would like to know, what accuracy stands for (ie the term u see on ur weapon).

i know it now. its just adding attack rating. i got distracted by the tablets, which reset the attack rating.
