Bow - Pacheon, Cold and/or ligthning?

I am a lvl 16 bowman, im going cold and/or lightning.
How should I set my cold/lightning skills?

full str ?, hydrid ?, full int ?

My opinion: start a new char all STR, and go pacheon, fire, lightning and wear garments.

you are lv 16 (that equals 1-2 days of gaming assuming you play fast. anyway new chars now have 1 day GT so it will be easier) so start another char.

For Ice, I would say:
Shield,
Ice Wall
Passive

Lighting:
Piercing Force
Grass-Walk
Phantom
Passive

Imbue:
Ice: Good at lower levels and PvM, bad at higher levels because equipment bonuses negate Ice effect in PvP
Lighting: Good at PvP because reduces Parry, allowing higher damage, bad at PvM because will lure more than you can handle.
