Benefit in going over 69?

say im going in lightening just for the speed, passive dodge, and magic damage increase is there in benefit in going over lvl 68?

I guess what im saying is if my speed was lvl 80 trained lightening would it be the same as if it was 68 trained lightening

67 is last speed and 68 is last damage increase

if you're putting points into lightning just for the buffs, you shouldn't raise it past 68. Every additional point you put into lightning mastery will increase your lightning damage by 1% (lightning imbue, lightning nuke, lion shout....).
