Grindig at lvl 35 - Devil flowers?

Yo. Im new here n' have a lot of questions ^^

(hybrid int bow, yeah, suxx^^, but for pve is pretty good i think, later ill switch to full int/spear or sword, dont know yet)
First:

Are there(tarim basin and so on) better spawning places as by devil/death flowers? Coz they are friggin cool to me, as i find a place with 3(or more) flowers aruond and hit and hit... no move, no needless running, just hit n' kill, and they usualy spawn in rowes for me.
I just pick up the items they drop sometimes.

Second:

What are the chances for a SOX drop? I play soon more than 1.5 months, and nothin yet... im a bit hasty, you know... ^^

So: what chances have i?

about your SOX drop complaint, to date on my main character I have found ONE sos pair of pants, at like lvl 14 or something, in the bandit den.. and that was it (I have been playing Oasis since it opened and am lvl 79(80masteries) so.... all I have to say is GoodLuck! to you! hopefully you find more than I have

SOX is totally random. Some people get multiple drops in a week, others are level 70+ and havnt gotten any at all... completely random

When you get to the Hotan area, there are Ultra Devil Flowers all around the city. In my opinion, theyre not as great as the Blood Devil Flowers, but theyre still ok. No giants or champions however.

Srry for the offtopic in main, but this is also important, to get those damn sp's ^-^
How about bandits and so on?
