Is vital muscle a decent skill or not? plz explain kthx

it's basically garbage

used to be used in cities which you can attack ppl in safe zone

, and you will not get purple name if you attack someone with it

but now... joymax changed it, and the bug is they can CANCEL your debuff by simply right clicking on the ICON, lmao...

not even fun...

HOWEVER

if you are fighting unique, it's pretty useful sometimes ^^
