Few questions about char building...

Hi,
I have already posted in the forum of silkroadonline.net, but I didnt get a straight answer on what do I need. Hope I can have it here.

I played SRO half year ago, and now I want to try it again. I feel like I want to be a pure int nuker, gaining HP from items probably. The thing is I dont know what skills to take.

Im sure I need fire and lightning, BUT...
I have been reading the forums for days now, and I have heard about a LOT of mastery caps. Some say there is a cap at 90 or 80 or 150 etc...I already heard about a lvl 69 mastery cap...so where is it?? Without this info I cannot build a char. [if Im right there should be only 2 type of caps, the korean version and the international]

Another thing I cant decide - weapon mastery. When I heard about the 90 mastery cap (this was the 1st version) I wanted to do like Fire 90 / Light 90 / Bicheon 60 / Heuksal 60. This way I could use spear and deal good dmg for 1-hit mobs, and when the situation is nasty I can equip my sword + shield. I dont know if its good to have 2 masteries, and as I recently read there are questions about even to have ANY weapon mastery for a pure int nuker.

The mastery cap is the most masteries (summed up together) youre able to archieve. In all cases (KSRO/ISRO/CSRO/JSRO/...) the mastery cap is the same of 300. So at the moment in ISRO being [b]Level[b]-capped at 80 you need to get your masteries the way they reach 300, or even spare some for the 90 Levelcap.
In your case one possibility could be:
80 Fire
80 Light
60 Heuk/Sword
60 Ice/Heuk/Sword (your preference and what you chose earlier)
