ok, everybody I know that is a glaive have 3 mastery trees (glaive, fire, light) but some friends have told me just to have glaive and lightning because at the lvl cap which Ive heard is 140 or 150, the glaive with 2 trees will do more damage then the glaive with 3 trees because the glaive with 2 masteries, his trees will be fully farmed and maxed out. But, by doing that I would give up some damage and protection buffs that fire has.
What would be best at the level cap (140 or 150)
2 masteries (glaive and lightning)
or
3 masteries(glaive, fire, lightning)
the same question goes for bladers also.
what is better for a pure str glaive?

I guess you can not predict that. Currently we have 80 gap and soonish 90 gap. Furthermore someone opened a thread today where he shows that they are working on NEW skills so they will probably up the amount of masteries too. But if you want to look from it now, 300 masteries = 2 maxed trees. (Doubt if they are going to keep it like that though, from 70-80 takes several months already, from 100-150 will take YEARS!
