Alright, so istead of going pure str as I intended to when I made my char in beta 2 I have changed my mind just in time. ~lol ryme~~ololol another ryme~
Ok, ok. So I have 191 str and 69 int. I plan on raising my in til level 60 so i'll have around 208 str and 170+ int. Then I plan on going str for 5 levels into 60 then int another 5 levels giving me 233 str and 195 int at level 70. I'm also getting the lightening nuker~actually I already have it but i've low int so it's crap at the momment.~ I see this as a quite balanced build and be able to take tons of punishment from int or str user since i'll be using a mixture of protector and armor too.
If someone could put in some helpful input and recomend some things I should change please comment. It would be appreciated :O!

Personally id just drop the rest in strength, as hybrids arent the best way to go. Hybrids are versatie, and pure builds are stubborn. A pure build can often play it by ear and just grudge through its bane scenario, whereas the hybrid can effectively dispose a batch of well mixed foes. The key phrase there is slightly emphasized. If a hybrid hits a massive group of one type of enemy, they may hit hard times. A prime example would be in PvP a hybrid is figting in a group. The first group has a good mix, so the hybrid does his job and nukes the Strengthers with elemental, and smacks the Int's with physical... the ground gets rough if the next group is all strer and the hybrid is physical heavy, or if the nuker is elemental heavy and the enemy is Int's.
They excel at fightning a mixed group, but can't compare to a pure when it comes down to fighting specialized groups. The pure intelligence will do enough damage to make up for it not attaking its preferred foe, and the pure Strength will have enough hitpoints to keep smacking away at its enemies, despite how long it takes. By weakening yourself to be more balanced you make yourself more vulnerable to those who refuse to adapt or change.
