Am I going in the right direction??

Hello everyone.

I've been playing Silkroad for quiet sometime now and was wondering if my character build was a good one.

I am Pure STR Blade Fire

Is this a good build??

I'm wearing an Armour set. I'm at level 26 with a level 4 gap.
My Fire skills are at level 22 and so are my Lightning skills and Ice skills. I have around 1,000 SP. Recently i upgraded my lightning skills since ive been using fire for a really long time. Did i do the right thing by increasing my Lightning skills? My Ice skill is also at lvl 22 but i have increased only my Ice buff.

I wanted advice and wanted to know what skills should i continue increasing. And also wanted to know what all under the Fire and lightning skills do i really need at the moment since there are so many things to increase with so less SP.

I also wanted to know if I should be wearing a Armour, Protector or a garment.

Your headed in the right direction

Pure STR fire build is a very effective build and can tank lots of damage, just keep adding STR and you'll be fine.

A four level gap is good for now but you are going to have to SP farm sometime in order to get all your skills.

For lightning, you need grasswalk, concentration, piercing, and passive.

For fire, you would need imbue, flame body, fire protection, and passive.

For ice just get the defensive buff and passive.

And for bicheon you should get the smashing series, chains, kd, stab, blade force, sword dance, and passive.

On my S/S nuker, I could kill pure str in armor a lot easier than in garms so i would recommend garment.

thats a good direction, pure str fire=good damage

well for me i only use lighting for the grass walk flow thats it

ice get the buff n passive

wear armor for now, but later u should wear garment for jobs or pvp

4 gap is okay, 1k of sp is good, but later on u should get more if ur gonna get more skills

Thanks for your reply. I had another doubt. UNknowingly i incrased some of my Lightning skills...I wanted to throw away those skills..i did the CURSED HEART quest, got 10 hearts,got the resusicitation potion, used it to edit my skills but was very unhappy. This is because my first skill in Lightning is at LEVEL 9. I tried to get rid of it but the only thing it did was to reduce it to Level 8 and took 32K cash. Is this normal? or is the whole skill itself suppsed to go away which would be much more helpful and gold saving.

Another question I had was can a Pure STR Blade Fire be a NUKER?
If yes, then is there some kind of decision i need to make now or something so that I can make sure I be a Nuker? Basically, is there some kind of planning I'm required to do so that being a nuker is not difficult later on? Or is it just like any other skill which I just got to upgrade?

Uh,if your pure str fire blade your not a nuker,and never will be,sorry son.Don't even think about investing in nukes because they wont do crap for damage and its just a waste of sp.

Pretty much what Ell said, apart from you will need fire shield in the fire mastery.

Yes, it should have been decreased to level 8, deleveling is very expensive, which is why at higher levels (costs even more) people use silk to de-lvl their skills.

Oops forgot fireshield, anyways you don't need to delevel light because your gonna need some skills in that tree.

Wow, that's gonna mean a hell of a lot SP usage. O well, back to farming.

What is the next best farming level if i wanted to do so? And what gap should i maintain?? I was planning of increasing my gap from 4 to 5. Should I do that?

For you, the next farming level I would say, would be around 47-52 or so. If you 9 gap Mujigi and Ujigi(have very low hp) you should be pretty well off. They have a very good spawn rate. After that the next best place would probably be penons or sonars (even more so now that most of the botters are gone).

Wow Level 47?? Thats looong way down, People are SP farming at evel 32 too if I'm not mistaken. Please correct me if I'm wrong

32 at flowers yes thats correct.

but you need a lvl 9 gap. so 32-9 = 23, so your skills should be lvl 23. and you already have 22, so you can only add 1 more lvl to your trees and then work up to increase your gap so by 32 you can kill flowers or scorpions.

Hello, I was just wondering if i really required all the buffs in the lightning series?? Because that means most of the lightning series and i barely have any SP (37). I'm level 27 right now and now I'm worried I wont have enough SP to increase my skills. Is this a matter of concern? Having on 37 SP. I thot I'd farm at lvl 32 but its wayyy too boring. My gap is 4 at the moment.

Yes you are going in the right direction to get a great pvp character. Just get rid of the ice and get bicheon, or if you can have bicheon together with ice then just go on

Yes I do have Bicheon. ANd as for the Ice. I only use the Buff and pasive. One hugee mistake i made was i used my SP points to get lvl 8 lightning and Ice Imbue. And i still feel stupid doing dat bcoz i lost lots of SP jus to get them. Now I'm not touching them at all. Getting rid of these imbues is not an answer bcoz deleveling skills is wayyyy too expensive.

use protector .. and as a blader u can use garmet
armor = huge mp consumatiln, low speed
protetcor = better speed , low mp consumation
garmet = best speed, low low mp consumation ( u get much damage on it) for bladers with shild is good
