I'm thinking about int build with sword ice/lightning
Now I don't really know do I want to be a pure int or a hybrid cause it loooks like pure ints are really bad at pvp's so could you help me?

feel free to correct me.
critical on shields = this will lessen the amount of critical hits that you will be receiving.
ex. if the critical on you shield state that critical 90%(+100%) this mean that 90% of that critical damage that you will suppose to receive will be lessen by 90%.
tablet of penetration/stone of penetration.
criticals on shields. useful for bladers and nukers alike. a pain in the a.ss for bow user who crit a lot and every weapons when doing critical damage.
i believe what you say is the blocking ratio for the weapon
blocking ratio for weapon = if your opponent is a shield user this is the thing that will make your weapons unblockable.
ex. BR (blocking ratio) for weapon is BR 90%(+100%) this means that 90% of you attack will be unblockable. thus making shield user susceptible to defeat and thus increasing your chance to win.
tablet of discipline/stone of discipline (if im not mistaken)
BR for weapon. a must for every weapon if you like to PVP alot.
