SP Farming question

im atm lv60, i farmed from lv59-60 38k of sp..
I need another 20ksp, so that i can max all skills / mastery levels to 64.

I see on this page, how much SP i can get in 1 level..
What can i do for the best, and the fastest way?

i can do several things, 1: 60-64 with a 4lv gap, then i get 20k sp..
And i can farm, at lv60 with a 9lv gap, and farm untill 13k sp, and grind lv61-64 (then i get 7k, with no gap)

What is the fastest way to reach 20k sp + being lv64 ??

Don't forget that guide does not count quests. Not sure if you have any quests currently or between 60 and 64, but I suggest you do those, or at least try to also calculate how much SP you will get from doing them.
