Char Build Advice

Hi all,
I want to start over because I screwed up my last character (just played not knowing I would end up with a weak char). I would like your advice on a new character build, preferably a mage.

Pure int sword/shield with 80 fire, 80 lightning, 80 bicheon, 60 helusal (for hp passive). Or if you wanna plan on lvl 90 it will look different.

There are also spear nuker. I would go hybrid if you use a spear for more hp and higher crits when using hekusal skills when you pvp. 80 fire/80light/80 hekusal.
